RADOX® 155

RADOX® 155 cables are single-core power and signal cables for coil winding applications.
The insulation of RADOX® cables is cross-linked by radiation and this process guarantees excellent temperature resistance. The insulation does not melt and the cables have excellent mechanical and insulating properties even up to 250°. When the material is cross-linked it will no longer melt, even at high temperatures.
RADOX® 155 cables are produced with a semi-concentric braid.
This solution offers several advantages over cheaper solutions:
- Cables are easier to strip and rework, which allows them to keep their shape perfectly, even with lengths of only 50 mm
- Better insulation (perforation tension)
- Consistent shape of outer layer
- Easy set-up for wire stripping machines
