RADOX® UL 3289

RADOX® UL 3289 – 30097 cables are single-core power and signal cables for coil winding applications.
The insulation of RADOX cables is cross-linked by radiation: this process guarantees excellent temperature resistance, and in fact the insulation does not melt. The cables have excellent mechanical and insulating properties even up to 250°. When the material is cross-linked it will no longer melt, even at high temperatures.

RADOX® UL 3289 – 30097 cables are produced with a semi-concentric braid. This solution offers several advantages over cheaper solutions:

  • Cables are easier to strip and rework, which allows them to keep their shape perfectly, even with lengths of only 50 mm
  • Better insulation (drilling tension)
  • Consistent shape of outer layer
  • Easy set-up for wire stripping machines
